About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Buddha’s ancient teachings are scientific methods to help solve our real problems – our unpleasant feelings that arise from bad habits of mind. These bad habits can absolutely be transformed, and in this 4-week program we’ll explore several of the special and profound teachings of Lamrim, or stages of the path to enlightenment, that will shatter these bad habits, and help restore positive minds. It is through this combination of the science of Buddha’s teachings, together with the art of applying these methods into our busy daily lives, that real transformation occurs.
